Hello Guys,
As some of you might know that i am in the process of replacing the cylinder head on my 2LTE equipped LJ78 prado. please refer to this thread for the writeup.

I am waiting for the machine shop to get the head back to me. In the mean time i would like to know some suggestions or tips you guys might want to share. We can put these two threads in the How-to section.
1. the Cam shaft has a nut pattern that can be used to tighten the cam pulley bolt. What do i use to tighten the crank pulley bolt?
2. Do i just wet the head bolts with motor oil before tightning?
3. On which bolts should i use antiseize?
exhaust/intake manifold,
injector threads,
glow plug threads,
turbo-2-exhaust manifold,
brackets to cylinder head,
thermostat housing to cylinder head,
EGR system nuts/bolts.
4. Which bolts/nuts should i use thread-lock on?
Any tips for setting the cylinder head gasket and the head onto the block correctly?
