I have some vibration and knocking coming from my front passenger side. Got under there and looked. It's leaking fluid also. Anyone have any past experiences on this? I'm thinking its the cv joint or axle? Any input would be greatly appreciated.

A rip in the boot itself would likely not cause a vibration or clunking. If the boot has been torn for a long time and all the joint grease is gone, anything is possible.

When is it happening, sometimes or all the time? Cruising or stopping? What does is sound like? Is it a vibration or clunk or both? How harsh is it when it happens?

Pulled it off and this is what I've got. No grease left. Could this lead to more damage further back inside there?

Your signature says you are running OME 866 springs, have you inspected your CV boots? Front lift can cause vibrations, leveling the 100 with 866's can certainly cause a vibration.

The internals? What do I need to replace?

Well, I guess I should ask what parts I need. Like a CV assembly?

If the CV axle has been contaminated it is too late to save it. You will need a entire new CV assembly. If I was in your shoes, I would order a new CV axle from Sam Stewart at Lowe Toyota, replace it, and keep your old CV as a trail spare. Your CV has to be replaced, may as well learn how to rebuild it. I am rebuilding one soon, I may take a video on how to tear down, rebuild/reboot, and seal backup.

Okay, I'll look into it. Hopefully I can find some videos on it. I also have mine lifted with 875's. brought it up two inches all the way around. Had some small vibrations before.. Done some pretty rough wheeling this past weekend at the razorback ramble. That did it in.. Obviously. Haha thanks for all your help! I'll get one ordered ASAP.

If lifted 2", you should have a diff-drop to save the CV joints.

The picture is mine with a severely torn boot, I shoved extra grease in it and drove on it for 700 miles, topped it up with grease half way. I then pulled it and the front diff, and drove around in 2x4 for a couple of months while I rebooted both shafts and fitted an air locker.
It's possible your CV is excessively worn, as mentioned, a new shaft may be in order, order a boot kit and repair your old one, pull the other side and see what it's like as well.

Ordered a CV assembly. Waiting for it to arrive.

You mean you ordered a factory Toyota CV assembly right? The aftermarket CV's are not up to par, Toyota or Bust.
