Cv boot repair oem fold over type clamp tool

Hey all. I'm at the end of a cv boot repair and I've found I don't have the tool for the Toyota fold over type bands. Anyone know what it is or if there's a way to clamp it without it? I'd like to use the oem bands. I have the yellow bands clamped on already with a crimp tool. Thanks!

I think you can rent one from Autozone, etc.

No special tool needed. Fold the clamp shut then bend the tabs over the tongue. Ive used a punch to (gently) flatten the tabs down

Above. I did mine few months ago, just bend it back and lock those tabs. Don't hit the rubber with the hammer as it can rupture the rubber boot.

Thanks! I got the smaller clamp to work but I broke the larger one so I had to run to autozone to get a Dorman cv boot clamp.
