The individual components like the locking pin, swing out and clamps are actually more affordable from some suppliers in the US. It's all made in China anyways but no one up here carries it. I don't have a lathe or mill yet so I can't fab that stuff and even with some connections in the metal fab shops I have the cost would be greater then getting it out of the US.

Tire Carrier Hinge [TC-H] - $40.00 : EMS Offroad, When You're Ready For The Next Step is one option but the one I used since it is removable easily when not in use:

at those prices even the guy that owes me favours and has his own machine shop can't touch it.
Sliders I can do, there are a couple different designs I experimented with and depending on how heavy duty you want to go there are options. Now there is a place in the lower mainland that offers a very basic slider that fits the 60, a couple tubes and 3 tube suppors but nothing to attach it to. So you will need to have some kind of bracket fabbed to attach to the frame or do the silly thing of welding to your frame (bad idea). Now their kit is around $150-$200 but needs some welding and other fabrication. I prefer to do a full package that is a straight bolt on and forget it.
