Anyone done a total re-paint in a non factory color? How about custom stuff? Post some pics if ya have some.

Yea, i really like the yellow.

Yea, the schoolbus is bad a$$. I'm re-painting my 94 this spring so I was just looking for ideas. I'm thinking the copper color on the Chevy Colorado. Mine is the dark blue now. My paint on the roof is bad especially since I took the rack off. I'm changing the interior to solid black so any exterior color will match. Since this is my DD I want to bling it a little.

Remember that a properly done color change dramatically affects the price of a paint job.

Yea, thats why I'm lucky. My uncle has a body shop!

No worries then...:D

The last-gen 4Runner was available for a year or two in a copper color. It looked very sweet. If I were to do a color change, I'd find the color I want in a Toyota paint-code i.e. 4Runner copper instead of Colorado copper.

My 40 trail rig will soon undergo a color change...more modern Toyota color.

That color was Autumn Blaze Metalic. I know it came on 99's but I think it was discontinued after 99. It may have stuck around for 00 though.

This was from when we did it.

I'm getting ready to shoot a two tone paint scheme on my 80!
bottom half will be a black base coat with a pearl white and silver marble design, and the top half I'm going with a pearl silver color! :bounce:
