When I added spacer, I had to lift the body (undo each of the 9 body mount bolts).
However, if you just want to replace that cushion, it may be possible (I don't know for sure), just to:
(1) remove the one body mount bolt in question
(2) put upward pressure on the body with a jack and some wood or rubber on top, just to make enough room
(3) slide out the old mount
(4) slide in the new mount
