For Sale CT26 Turbo (1 Viewer)

Selling a CT26 turbo out of my hj61. Replaced due to a noise. Pretty sure due to a bad gasket between exhaust and downpipe but the turbo could probably use a rebuild. Asking $375 obo. Not looking to ship but buyer pays shipping. Has 120k miles on it.

What kind of noise did you have? I have a noise issue along with excessive oil from the turbo. Pretty sure the seals are shot but I had it rebuilt 2 years ago so wondering if it is something else. I am hesitant to replace it until I know what is causing the the oil in the intake. Catch can is in the works and I was going to get a cheap ebay turbo before I upgrade to a Gturbo.

Sounds similar - mine is more of muffled whine but still showing boost. Replacement has been ordered.
