I try and scan the threads and do it in stealth mode - if you are faster than me or have something exotic to place on the calendar - PM me with all the info

Also if you click on the event in the calendar you can find directions ( sometimes) and a link back to the event thread
I can even send out emails to attendees as a reminder - but thats extra
How about fixing the Sept cleanup date and info
