Crusty Knuckles: Best Way to Polish?

Sand blast is the best way. You can do it with a handheld spot blaster but it will make a big mess. After blasting I like to polish by hand, depending on how smooth I want them or the level of the build depends how much sanding. I have gone to a 1200g wet sand for ultra polished but that was on a $100k build.
