Good to hear! Looking forward to getting in touch with him then.

Just replied to your email. Thanks for checking out my sliders!

I just had an awesome experience with Cruisin Off Road building armor for my 74.

Another benefit of the design of his sliders (all of them are like this, not just the 100-series) is the mounting points and how the bottom part wraps around the bottom of the frame.

Believe it or not I have been caught up on the lip of the slider mounting bracker and u-bolt with my OPOR sliders on more than one occasion. They hang a good 1-1.5" down below the frame rail:

Same problem I had first time out. Wish I had gone with a different set, but oh well.

Just FYI, I put A TON of research into researching sliders on this website and others. I finally settled on Cruisin' Off Road Sliders after many testimonials and the unique way their product mounts to the frame. Went to get a shipping quote, prepared the wifey, and was about to pull the trigger...

BUT unfortunately Cruisin' Off Road no longer ships sliders. Only available for local pickup...

Sucks for all of us not in BC!!! :(

Yeah I read that.... I'm pretty set on them also.... luckily it's only a 2 hour drive for me.... with the boarder. I could most likely grab a second set if you order it and then figure out shipping from WA

That is really generous, thank you for your offer! I know scouting a shipper and packaging would be a pain, so I'm actually even considering taking some time off to drive up there. Love road trips, love the PNW, so why not combine all 3 for an awesome set of sliders? Triple win! At least that is how I will try to sell it to the wifey...

Does anyone have any pictures of where the fitment gets tight and tricky when mounting sliders around the AHC line(s) and brake line(s)?

Not specifically Cruisin Offroad sliders, just in general, curious to see a visual where the brackets get close to the lines?

If I ever buy a midget though, I'd start to get concerned! However, if I had a midget, I'd probably get him a ladder...maybe some clown shoes...strictly for slider-safety. I would recommend these sliders to anyone who doesn't own a midget.

I thought at first you were talking about an MG Midget (head scratcher), but then I realized that you are talking about buying a human. I get you are trying to be funny, but you missed the mark.

All,

I chatted with Jason today and I'll be offering the mounting style like his in the near future as an additional option to the Trail Tailor sliders. I also plan to stock some of his other offerings like skids, etc.

More details soon.

Jason

Will you be offering a winch plate for stock bumpers as he did for another member?

@reevesci Have you started offering the Cruisin Offroad mounting style yet?
