I just picked up one that is straight body, only a small amount of rust with 175K on it for 1500. Everything is supposedly in running order (from what my scouts have told me) and I will be picking it up next weekend and driving home. With that rust and no indication of mileage (usually means high) you are looking at an $800 parts rig like Nunchuk said.
But definitely worth a look if you are close and take her for a test drive. Wonder what "engine work" it needs from the listing. Can't tell if it is the picture of a picture but the suspension seems to be super saggy on what look like stock size tires.

I bought my landcruiser rust free and running for 800 bucks. Not saying this one on craigslist is necessarily a bad deal. Just sayin, you can score them for cheap sometimes. My buddy got his for about the same price.
