Location: Central Market parking lot in front of Zingers at 38th/Lamar. It's central and there are plenty of breakfast and coffee options in walking distance (CM/Taco Shack/Coffee Bean/Taco Deli).

Time: Starts @ 9:30am, come and go as you can.

I've never actually been to the event during the day, but south congress gets pretty fun during the night, especially if you like looking at old iron. Cars, trucks and bikes of all kind run up an down congress and about every 10 min or so, you'll hear someone doing a burnout.
