BBQ onsite (hot dogs, pop, chips, etc). Tons of raffle prizes, T-shirts. Details on our 'parts swap' coming soon.

Come and enjoy a relaxing day at the park with Toyota Land Cruiser Enthusiasts! We are expecting about 100 trucks again this year.

There will be a hosted trail run and overnight camp out on July 24. More details coming on that.

Awesome. I get off work at 08:00 that morning. I have it marked. If it's a sunny day and I fall asleep, just turn me over once in a while.

Yup, site booked. Bummer dude.

Looking forward to this!

Can I sign up with CC at the show? I work a 2nd job Tuesday & Thursdays so can not make it to a meeting.

Some questions:

1. Will I have room to bring George Bailey my adventure trailer? And set it up for display on the grass?
2. Will I be able to do some cancer agency fundraising, ie a banner and pamphlets etc?
3. Is this a CC event, or some other group? There is mention of 100 vehicles but those pics don't show very many.

You can bring the trailer, but won't be allowed by Parks to set it up on the grass.

No problem with fund raising, the competition for dollars will be tight as this is not a big event and we are already selling raffle tickets and having a 50/50 draw.

This is solely a CC event, the Four Wheel Drive Association of BC will be in attendance and usually we sell spots for vendors. Peeps are allowed to sell parts, as long as they fit in their parking space.

The event gets a good turnout, lots of people don't stay for the day just show for an hour or two then tootle off. The die hards show later and stay for the raffle

Looks like this George Bailey might have better luck at "seeing the world" and not being stuck at the Building and Loan

Best keep an eye out for "old man Potter" he may want to buy that trailer out from under you...

lol it's not a problem with Mary Hatch Bailey towing him

Bump

Just over 2 weeks to go!

'bout the only thing outstanding is the post show&shine trail run details. I'm sure Drew will chime in here when he has some time.

I'm playing with a couple ideas

1. Vedder Mountain... I need to locate a camping area that will be able to accommodate our group. I'm planning on heading out there this morning to do some scouting.

2. South side of Chehalis Lake, I'm planning on heading over there on Sunday to check it out

3. Kookipi Creek... East Harrison to Boston Bar and back

or our old fall back of the west side of Harrison Lake.

Anyone been on any of these lately? any preferences? any other Ideas?

anyone wishing to join me email me at bc_fjc(at)shaw.ca or call me 604-507-1972. I'm planning on leaving Vancouver around 9 and will be camping somewhere tonight before heading to Chehalis for tomorrow.

Grand Prize in the Raffle is an ARB Fridge/Freezer !!!

Hey.... just noticed a tan coloured RTT in that last picture way in the background. That on a rig or trailer?

I think that is Mat's tent on his BJ60.
