Dr apt for the Hundy before cross country trip. Oil change, new air filter, tire rotation. Before I head cross country I plan on putting new ties on.
Anything else I should check?

just tell them what you are doing and to check everything out.... they will love to give you an estimate if they find anything. Major things are Steering rack with the TRE and CV axles and boots. If your heater Ts weren't replaced when you bought it order them up with new hoses and throw them on.

Everything checked out fine on the CP2, besides needing tires and a alignment. More on tires and rims to come in the next week or two.....

Picked a Tepui RTT and a Hi Lift this weekend from a fellow cruiser guy and installed them. The Hi Lift will go on the BIOR bumper I just forgot to bring the mounting bracket. Right now the ladder on the RTT comes off the back, I'd really like it to come off the passenger side.
