Country Find

Run across this FJ out in back of a house out in the country. Last time it was registered to drive was 09. Could not find any rust and appears to be original except for engine, chevy v8. Body appears to be in really good shape. Front fender is in the back, and looks fine. Also has Warn 8274 winch on front. Trying to find owner to see if its for sale.

When you find the owner I wonder if he or she will appreciate that you trespassed, rummaged through their vehicle and posted photos on the Internet to prove it?

Yep 79 up for the year. Gota wonder how big your sack is to trespass to that extent. Dude you are brave.

Nice find though. It has a plate on the front so just run the number at your local law enforcement office. Best of luck finding the owner

Good luck on that one and I hope you are able to buy it. looks like a great project. Jump on it if you can. Owner got to be a fool to let it set out and deteriorate. Keep us posted on this.

I've tried to buy it and the one his brother has a couple of miles south of there. They were their dad's cruisers and there was a third one that was a 60 that a sister took to the metroplex (DFW). The other one is in much better shape and all original.
