I have a set of those mirrors at the museum. I can measure them tomorrow.

Measurements are center-to-center.

(A) top row, 72mm
(A) bottom row, 67mm
(B) front column, 42mm
(B) rear column, 47mm

The mirror base contour will not fit flush on the door. There is a lip on the bottom edge. The lip can not be ground off because of the pivot location for the lower arm.

ok, this is a pity, they look much more better as the australien monster towing mirrors. Perhaps able with a distance plate ?

I imagine you could fabricate a spacer. The hole mounting pattern is an irregular quadrilateral and that may pose some challenges.
