Everything at my house got a bath today...cars, ranger, dog, whatever I could get my hands on. The 100 got some much needed attention after all the neglect while I'm working on the 40. Detailed inside and out. And had more than a couple of my new favorite beer.

when you and Jrob were doing pools my parents debated on pool or gazebo/grass area.

They went with gazebo (now on pad that was poured over my dad's right shoulder in pick) because of proximity of trees, their needs, and little grandkids.

I guess the REAL reason is that my parents are both green thumbs.

Dad and I have planted a TON of stuff. A professional crew came in and did the concrete walk around the perimiter, a new pad with steps (where they are in pic) a gravel path out of picture to right and put in a sprinkler system/sod.

it's absolutely beautiful on an afternoon like this....quiet and a great place for the kids to play (safe and contained) while we bbq, drink, whatever.

gravel path is in background. (thank God my daughter looks like my wife!)

and my mom's cat photobombed it too.
