Day late in posting

In tribute to those that have served / sacrificed / suffered stemming from the 9/11 attacks, each September the community fills the field adjacent to the visitor center at the Kennesaw Mountain Battlefield Park with flags. Here are a few pictures that we snapped.

FYI The last row of flags at half mask are in special recognition for those lost in Afghanistan.

What happened? Odd to see them twisted along that clear line...and that wear mark further up the shaft. Looks like it 'walked'.

Short side twisted splines…. Based on being short side… will be the one to let go, vs long side having more length to allow twist over greater length. Wear mark further up, is where it rides in against inner seal.
Was working on installing SOLID knuckles, and found wear in joints, and then found this.
