Was. So far in 3 weeks 1 bath gutted to studs all new plumbing,tile,trim,fixtures. Busted slab up to run plumbing for new Landry room those rooms are done. Gutted kitchen waiting on cabinets and tore down carport and added double garage. Should be completed in two weeks...
