Exactly - in fact, when the weather in MS get to a tolerable point - which is going to be well into Q4, i think we should petition Nolen to host a dinner afield gathering - taking a page from the Rover boys Iron Chef Showdown - ICS V -- EE -- Expedition Exchange Incorporated Do dinner on the ground cook out - bring out the Snowpeak toys, fridges, coffee makers and other assorted cooking stuffs - maybe go all Gun & Garden w/ the full up silver, table cloth, wine pairing England meets Blackberry Farm effect. Cheryl's got a nice grilled pineapple thing for desert w/ a little heavy cream topping...

If anyone wants a cheap option to jump into a RTT, Amazon is running a damn good sale on the smittybilt. Oh and the 8 x 6.5ft awning was only $144 so I picked one of those up. It comes with mounting hardware as well, unlike the ARB.

Yeah I know it won't be the quality of ARB, but for the price I figured the awning was worth a try. All the reviews I saw online were very good. If I wear it out with a lot of use then I can justify buying an ARB for $300 or fancy EAF foxwing.
The RTT would be a little harder for me to jump on. Even at $600 you would want it to last. If I had a m416 it would be very tempting.

I'm not discouraging you I'm just saying that's why it's cheap. As little as I use my RTT I sure it would be fine.
Didn't take it as discouragement. Hell if I had a trailer and Oxford had better convenient camping locations, that tent would be on order for football season duty.
