Hello, I am experiencing a coolant leak and it looks like there is a hose that has exploded and is no longer connected. Please see pics below.
Is this hose that got disintegrated part of the rear heat system? Can someone please help me identify or confirm what parts are needed to fix this or send a pic of what this is supposed to look like and where it attaches to. Only leaks when motor is running if that helps diagnose.

Thanks in advance and sorry if this was already answered, I was not able to find an answer using the search.

No way to be certain but I’d presume the pesky heater hose. Plenty of info here under PHH. Looks like your rear heater has been deleted as well.

It' not the PHH, its one shown, circled, directly to the left of the PHH.
Make sure you change the valve too. When they turn brown like yours, failure is imminent. labeled 1

Items labled 2 and 3 are made from soft brass tubing, be gentle with them.
