@MScruiser what color was your old 40? There is another tan one around the corner from big Bad Breakfast without the tire carrier. I'll get a pic this week

Mine is the one in my avatar; red with 35's. Sold it to a surgeon that lives on North Lamar.

@krice118 is your avatar picture from that ditch near Point 8 at Sardis Lake? Looks like a familiar ditch. :)

haha yes you got it @MScruiser !!
Sardis is fun but doesnt really have much to test land cruisers. Its fun to watch other tear up their trucks in the mud though

"I would greatly appreciate it if you would review my resume. I am willing to work anywhere in a myriad of positions."

I receive all resumes submitted through our company's careers web page. Many submissions provide a chuckle.

Nissan exhaust testing.

They hit a home run with this truck. It's really good looking.

Is it a diesel? Still waiting for Toyota to make diesel Tundra.

Might be getting some applications from people who know they don't qualify so they can meet their job search quota. They don't want to "lose" their unemployment benefits by getting hired.

VW-
"The company then admitted that it intentionally installed software programmed to switch engines to a cleaner mode during official emissions testing. The software then switches off again, enabling cars to drive more powerfully on the road while emitting as much as 40 times the legal pollution limit."
LoL

You find them cheap now as they'll be slow as an 80 once the the EPA bends them over

Can't blame for trying to make a decent diesel product for the US consumer

Also this probably solidified why Toyota will never bring a diesel to the US.

The USGOV/EPA is just too damn difficult to put up with.

Cow Farts Have ‘Larger Greenhouse Gas Impact’ Than Previously Thought; Methane Pushes Climate Change

It's just hard to take seriously the current hand wringing over diesel emissions and the like from these agencies. Perhaps there could be a carbon-footprint like offset in how many cows one consumes to justify acquisition of a VW diesel. I miss my old W123 MB diesels; million mile engines, the 5 cylinder 3 liter diesel is a crowning achievement of engineering history - and one that would never be able to see a production line today under these regulations

My boss read about this in the WSJ and approved purchase. Going to put it through its paces in the next couple weeks. DxO ONE I think @wngrog might find it interesting. Shoots 20MP, RAW/JPG, f1.8, 1080p video and stores files on microSD instead of your phone.
DxO-One (2).webp

microSD and adapter for size reference, you need a U3 grade microSD card for this gizmo.
