although your efforts are laudable, we of the mud community cannot officially declare it yours until you try it on and christen it with the proper mud salute. After that, its legally yours.

Hey Nolan, Ive got that Polaris Sportsman for sale. Its sitting in my garage collecting dust.

How much you want for it Andrew?

Well, similar 1996's with more mileage are in other parts of the country for around $2500. That was when I searched about 3 weeks ago. And apparently, they have all sold too. It seems these older Polaris' are fetching premiums for being simple to work on.

So somewhere around there, minus a chunk for being in CLC.

I'd take $1800 just to see it gone. Bring your own trailer.

I'll tell my Bro In Law. He's a broke Attorney so he will probably pass but he needs it!

Cool.

$1800 really is a good deal. The 4 wheeler is not perfect, but its got 1200 original miles, and the tires look almost new. It needs a new recoil starter (not really that important because the electric start works perfectly) and the 4x4 relay probably needs to be replaced.

There were some in the midwest from the same year and similar mileage selling from between $2400 and $2600. I put mine on CL for $2500. I've had a few bites, but nothing serious. I am also willing to trade for a 250cc or greater MX Bike, like a CRF250R or something similar. My wife would much prefer it if I didn't have a bike, but I haven't ridden them since I was in college, and really really want one.
