I traded in the 100 for a 2013 SR5 4Runner today. It is exactly what I wanted. The only options are 4wd, window tint, power front seats, and cargo bars for roof rack. About as poverty pack as you could get it these days.

School me on the differences in legroom, headroom, etc. between the two. Bigger? Smaller? Wash?

They are bigger. I couldn't fit in the 4th gen 4runner because of lack of headroom. I wasn't even going to look at these because of it, but randomly sat it one and was shocked how I fit easily. I went with one without a sun roof and it has tons of extra headroom. I think it may be a few more inches more narrow between the front seats. Leg room feels about the same. The middle seat in the second row is wider than my wife's GX470, but maybe a little smaller than the 100. The third row was a joke, so I didn't get it, but the cargo room is almost as big as the 100. Overall I think it is size wise between a 100 and a GX470.
I test drove a used 200 and it just didn't feel like a truck. I think this 4runner drives much more like the 100 than the 200 did. I only wish the 4runner came with a V8 still. I just couldn't spend $40k on a 200 with 70k. I would probably get a trail edition 4runner with all of the electronic gizmos if I wanted to spend that much.

I feel the the 200 is about the same size as the new 4runner. Which i was disappointed in. 40k for a 200 isnt bad. but I agree with you, Andy, I aint spending that much on one vehicle
anybody have any experience selling a mobile home? Looking at a piece of property, but don't want the mobile home on it and was curious about how to get rid of it.

Craigslist ad saying "Hunter's Dream Castle." Somebody will come haul that sucker off, and if you actually make a few bucks off of them hauling it off, it's a win-win. If they also pick up the parts that fall off as they drive off the place, well heck that's a win-win-win!

Agreed. Put an ad for it in the "General" section (cheap). If it still sits and doesn't go away, put it in the "Free" section. It'll go.
It's a pretty nice trailer- much to nice to burn or bury-if I bought it I'd want to get some $ for it. Just don't know if there's a second hand market (or marketplace) for mobile homes.
If it's in good shape and habitable, often times mobile home parks will buy them to place in their parks and rent out. You could call some of them to see who's looking.
There's definitely a second-hand market for candominiums, whether used for cash flow or recreational use. (From friends who have bought them for their parks: don't be too shocked at how little you'll likely get offered for it)
