Yeah I have a buddy at work that had his Chevy 2500 Duramax fall off a rack! Screwed it up pretty bad.
We've taken out a few at 49 Tire and I've witnessed a bunch when I worked for Firestone.
How did and how does that happen?

Is all about setting a rack right, testing a vehicle on rack about a foot off the ground, using the right rack and paying attention.
No kidding. Everytime I bring the big truck to 49 it always goes to the 4 posters in the back. The one time it went up front, Kree-us made sure it only went up about 2.5 feet off of the ground. I thought it was for safety only until I saw the Umpa Lumpa that was to be installing my tires.
When I worked at Fred-Ex, one of the shop guys got killt when a tug fell off the rack and landed on him.
