As I said before I am in it for pic uploads.

Nothing beats a face to face , but it's good if a face to face is impossible .

If you can get her to drive your 62 from Memphis and not complain I'll buy your beer. I could never get my wife in my 62. She refered to it as the ugly brown truck.

That would deserve a case of beer, but at least I like affordable beer.

She rode with me in it once to the store and said "At least I am not embarrassed"
She did ask why the guys in the red truck were breaking their necks to look at us.
They were in a built, old toyota pick up truck with huge tires. I just laughed.

I've had a few "hold outs" recently join FB and they've been blowing my wall up... Hey Lenny. Others too, but my point is, FB is FUN! I belly laugh daily with friends on it.

Each person is holding out for different reasons... but honestly, I understand people who are rarely online like old folks... but the amount that people like us are on, say this forum, and you're not on FB... kinda douche-ish if you ask me. At this point it's not cute and honestly makes you look lame.

I equate FB to mud but where mud is just my cruiser friends, FB is ALL my friends....
 
The problem with facebook is when people lay their whole life out on it...ie address...what they are doing...it leaves them wide open for id theft, robbers...etc.

Don't get me wrong it's alot of fun, but be careful what you (and kids if u got um) put on there cause the right screwball can glen alot of info and use it against you......my 2 cents....

Ensuring personal safety is in everyday life. So yes, it is good to pratice this on FB as well.... but one girl was going nuts because her phone number was visable to her friends.... OK.... ever heard of a phone book on everyone's doorstep annually? They too have phone numbers and addresses in them as well...
I consider Facebook more secure than this site or anyother forum.... You have to be my friend to see what I say on FB.... not the case here, anyone logged in or not can see everything I say here...
 
I guess I'm lame then. The way I look at Facebook is it might as well be an insight to peoples lives. Almost like a whole nother life lived on the internet. Which is great if you are single but can stress a marriage. Facebook is more addictive than crack. Yall lemmings have fun but I'm out. Sorry no horse for me I'll be in the 80.

I thought we were talking about Craigslist personals but only the ones with the fake pictures posted.
