Top is correct 100mm pump, bottom is earlier 90mm pump.

The schmoo is silicone that somebody used to glue the wrong pump in the larger hole. Its a machined fit with an o-ring seal.

I think we found his issue with heat under load.

Need input from the crew, please. My teen wants me to take her on a trip to Arkansas later in the year, momma not invited. A daddy daughter gig, y'dig? Plan is she wants us to hit some fun offroad trails, and we plan to try to work in a day or two of fly fishing if we can along the way. Question is: where is a place near to Memphis that we can go for a weekend run, with trails that aren't technical enough to induce damage to the cruiser but fun for the kiddo to ride on? She will be doing the driving with her newly minted drivers permit. Maybe a creek to cross that won't require me to pull the friggin' carpet out, but that she can enjoy? She would think a cabin is fun. Not sure she'll like a sleeping bag setup so much, though. She is her mother's child, and mom's idea of roughing it is called "Holiday Inn Express....." Thanks for any input guys.

Ouachita National Forest north of Hot Springs.
