Thanks guys. I thought I found a good 80 in OK but after pulling the car fax and talking to the guy I'm going to pass. I'm sure I will probably need a shipper at some point so this is good info to have.

Someone educate me how I might get the power steering pulley off (circled in red). It's blocking the last 1/2" to get the dang alternator off. There's not a bolt on the front of the pulley.

Remove the 3 14mm bolts that hold the p/s pump to the block, remove alternator.

Yeah, those are a mother effer to get a wrench on. Best option?

Deep 14mm socket. Turn p/s pulley so the socket passes through the holes in the pulley

Boom! Thanks

There was a 4th nut to loosen on the guide bolt of the ps pump. Didn't have to take bolts out just loosen.
I can't find any blown fuses. From reading tundra forums, I guess the alternators are frequently failed parts.
If it tests out good, I am back to square one.

Saw this a lot at Lexus- with the ps pump above alt; if it leaks on alt then the alt would fail....
Just what I saw in past

Alternators are consumable in my opinion these days, especially the remanufactured ones (Hecho in Meh-ih-ko).

But no other real choice. Toyota does not offer new ones neither does Denso aftermarket.

I've used Aaron 5 times now and each time has been a good experience (that's saying a lot about the brokering/trucking industry where there are shysters everywhere)

Appreciate the creep, but more interested in why they had to stitch your face up @BMThiker
