Conferr Roof Rack Mounts

Hi,

I am thinking of buying an old Conferr Rack setup, unfortunately it does not come with mounts. What are some options/cost for mounting the rack to the gutter railings on my FJ80? Thanks in advance, take care.

Mark at Mark's Off Road sells clamps very similar to the old Con-ferr bulldog clamps (https://forum.ih8mud.com/sale-parts/373780-200-marks-new-roof-rack-clamps.html)....

....as well as Groucho here on the board (https://forum.ih8mud.com/merchandise-storefront/185861-hd-roofrack-clamps.html)....prices are about the same.

Also, Defender Racks produces them, but I'd rather support a MUD member.....

Quik-n-easy mounts are fairly inexpensive.

.....but are taller and have no height adjustment. My dad and I had these on a rack (back in the day) to haul our duck boats (canvas over wood boats....lightweight) and the Quik-n-easy mounts tended to bend.....just my 2 cents....
