Any advice on an air compressor that will work an ARB locker and also air up some 35" mudders?
The ARB compressors look to be a bit small and seem like they would overheat when ask to fill a tank or a tire.
Anybody running a different setup for an air locker?

Yeah. I have aired up my 35's with the ARB compressor and it is slow and depending on how low they are it might not finish before overheating. You could mount a bigger compressor which is what I might do if I did it over again. I am thinking about getting another compressor that is bigger I can plug in and air up with.

Correct. My new model ARB Compresser pumps my 33's from 16psi to 32psi in about two minutes. They have a thermal cut out switch too guys, and after 8 33's mine did not cut out.

Take a look at the MV50 (also sold under other names like MF-1050). This is a very inexpensive air compressor that actually puts out some air. Do a google search and you'll find info. I think it's a $50 compressor, but has beat $250 compressors in various tests. Although designed as a portable, it is easily hard mounted and hard wired. Add small tank and I think you'd have a decent little system. And I think it has a "big brother", the Q89, which is a dual piston version of the same. I bought one of these for $25 and I'm impressed. Beats that pants off my old model ARB compressor. But nothing competes with my York...

I think they're called Master Power compressors and word has it they are now being sold @ Costco.

Yeppers, I have two and am VERY happy with them.

Filled my 40" Iroks on my 40 to 32 psi in less than 5 minutes (I forgot it was on and filling)

Thanks for the great feedback.
I think I'll check out Costco this weekend.
At $50 I might just buy 2 and have a spare.
