Complete system capacities table for 200 (1 Viewer)

I'm looking for a complete system capacities table for the 200. I do not see this in the FSM. Is there something in the paper manuals that come with the truck? I do not have mine. I found this via Google but I want to find something I know comes from Toyota and clearer on the units (I think these are all liters but I'm not 100% sure) and shows various MYs.
