Would you mind getting back to us on this? If you can't fulfill the orders can you just let me know. My order has not been out nearly as long as some of the other peoples orders, but I am not nearly as patient as they are without communication. I have sent emails, PMs, and now this thread. For the record this is not how I feel comfortable working with a vendor. If you can let me know what your thinking that would be great. If not I will spend my next efforts with the credit card company or whatever avenue needs to happen before too much time passes. Thanks and I hope you are able to work this out on your end as in the past you seemed like a great resource for land cruiser enthusiasts.

Yes, don't wait too long. I have been strung along with false expected ship dates, and unfortunately, at this point, I can only hope I receive my very expensive items, that are yet outstanding. Items that Matt has long since received funds for, but has not yet produced.

For the record, I have received the majority of the items I ordered, and they all look great!! It did however take months, and a bit of proding to receive those. This whole process has been entirely exhausting, and nerve wracking, and now I have a lot of money on the line.....very unfortunate.
 
I really hate adding to the situation and I find it distressing having had successful transactions with Matt. However, you may find the credit card companies may have time frames that they work better in and can react to re-capture funds. Waiting more than a few months may just make it harder for you. This turmoil is even distressing for me and I have no skin in this
 
I am at my Wit’s End with this guy. No response. You would think being a Mud Vendor would mean some level of professionalism. Or I guess honesty would be a better word. I mentioned to another member I was going to place an order with him. He said good luck. I should have listened. Pretty sad.

Just cancel my order. It is 5983. I do appreciate the education I received by checking the “bad vendors” before I make a purchase now. Land cruisers always a learning experience. I’ll contact the credit card and make that cancellation if you are unable/unwilling/uncommunicative. I hope you get your business worked out.

Hey @ToyotaMatt - sent text, but just found this thread. Got some communication from you that since we missed my outgoing order (5874) you were going to ship out my FJ62 heater/water pipe out on Tue 8/13 and to just hang tight for tracking. Did we get that yet ? Thank you.

Yes , your pipe was shipped out …

I applied my usual strategically placed 5 gallon Bucket paint paddle-protection-plan on 2 opposing sides ….

This = Heavy Duty

Did the ignition kit ever ship out?
