Cold start problem 2012 Sequoia

I am having a problem starting my 2012 Sequoia when the outside temp is 40 deg or below.
It acts like it is not getting enough gas. It cranks for over 5 sec. Then it will stop. It does this 2 or 3 times before it finally starts. When it does start, it runs real ragged like it is not a rich enough mixture. After about 10 sec, it will settle down and run correctly.
It only does this if the outside temp is below 40 deg and the car has not been run recenly (such as sitting overnight). The car will then start fine for the rest of the day if used frequently.
Car runs great when warm. Milage is 40k
Does the Sequoia have a cold start injector? Or something similar? Any ideas on what is the problem?

Do you have a flex fuel motor? I did a google search for tundra cold start problems and found a bunch of links. Usually you can find better info from the tundra forums because there are so many more tundras.

Interestingly enough the first 4 threads I found were all for 2012's.

Yes, it is flex fuel. I have posted in the Toyota Forums.

Had a 2012 Sequoia. Traded it in for this very problem. Dealership reset computer 3-4 times before I "made" them change the fuel pump. That fixed the problem for the rest of that winter and spring. Started doing it again and we negotiated a deal for another rig. If you run the gas down below a quarter of a tank, the problem becomes more frequent.
