During a recent trip with my new 200, I noticed my left knee was freezing when traveling through a stiff crosswind. The cold 30mph crosswind was blowing through the drivers door panel. It seemed like most of the cold air was exiting at the interior door handle right on my knee when cruising down the road. What sort of membrane is in the 200's door to prevent this from happening? Is there anything I can do to stop the cold breeze from coming through the door? The cabin should have been slightly pressurized since the HVAC door is busted and I leave it in the 'fresh air' position to prevent window fogging.

Was anything done to the door? I was unbelievably impressed with how insulated the truck was at -40F driving 80mph in crosswinds. I even felt around for drafts of which I found none.

I'd pull the interior door panel and see if the membrane was compromised. Perhaps someone before you had to go in there to repair the window or door locks and messed up the membrane under the door trim.

I've got the same "breeze" occasionally here with a stiff crosswind on the 2015 LC. The door has been repaired and I've had a couple body shops and the dealer look at it and all have said it looks fine. I have now noticed the same little breeze in the 2018 LX as well with crosswinds, and I know it hasn't been fooled with.

This is a new to me 2016. There is no record of anybody being in the door, but who knows what happened in the prior 90k miles.

Any tips for getting the door panel off? I'll look at the FSM, but first hand experience always helps.
