Code 63 and 65

Hi,

I´m having problems with the AT of my 1993 FZJ80, it shift from 1st to 3rd skipping 2nd, I read the code on the overdrive light and it reads codes 63 and 65 (Defective number 2 solenoid or short circuit, Defective timing solenoid or circuit) I would like to know if anyone have a system to test the solenoids if they are working or if theres any circuit on the wires?
