Not for CB, but for rear camera, under carpet under driver's seat in front of rear heater to door sill, down door sill to rear wheel arch, behind cargo bay plastic to rear hatch.
I ran mine behind the driver's side plastic trim, (it easily pulled away from the body), and under the door sill plates to the driver's side front kick panel. I ran other wiring and coax under the carpet on the transmission hump then drilled a 1" or bigger hole in the console floor and fished all of the wires and coax through it.
I just did this today and will be doing a write up on my build thread with pictures shortly. I ran mine from the the drivers side rear corner. There is a plastic pop out there. I then ran my cable down the side and under the carpet to the center console. Honestly is was a huge pain in the ass to do for the first time. I had to remove the flip up tail gate guard, the driver's side rear corner panel, the driver's and passenger side door guards, both 2nd row seats, the drivers seat and a bunch of misc. plastic bits in the back cargo area. It was at times cool to see how the interior fits together compared to my 80. Installing the CB in the 80 was easy peasy compared to the 100.
