Damn I know I'm forgettable but that hurts Steve.
Sorry buddy. There's been so much "turnover" in the last few months I stopped trying to keep up with it. I added you near the top of the list because, even though Ted was probably the first to go "all in", you are actually more important to the trip. :)

Never looked at it that way; it's usually all about money for me. Thanks for the reality check!

Look on the bright side: A few of us are likely going to CO in the middle of the trip so, if they have "normal" stuff in GJ, we can restock for everyone before heading back to Moab.

No problem, I kinda did it to myself.

Replace brake lines with the new braided stainless ones, rebuilt the rear brakes again, and still crappy brakes, nobody in town has a MC so hopefully I'll have one more work day.
Oil changed, front and rear diffs drained and refilled, a few other odds and ends finished up, now back on the road with hopes of that one more day.

Its almost Here!!!!

Looking forward to it. My gears should be in early next week. Hope to run a trail or two before Moab.
I'm meeting you in GJ right Steve?

That's how I have it planned in my head, yes. You are kinda the final reason that the dates got set on that weekend. Did you see a few weeks back that we are tentatively planning on running 21Rd and Billing's Canyon now? So at least two days, and possibly two or three nights.

It does, the light has been on in the dash for a year and a half or so.
Hmmm. I wonder if the ABS system is not letting you apply full pressure somehow since it may be getting faulty information from the wheels?

The abs in the 3rd gens is a train wreck anyway. Lots of guys just pull the ABS fuse and go without. You tried that?

What dates? Kevin and I are trying to figure out a meeting place and day. I'm not remembering dates really well.

I thought you had departure already set? In my head I keep thinking we're meeting you in GJ Saturday some time. Then, depending on the time frame we meet up, there's a few options: 1) Wheel 21Rd Saturday, camp, wheel Billing's Sunday and camp or head to Moab, 2) Wheel 21Rd Sunday morning, Billing's Sunday evening, camp, head to Moab Monday morning, 3) 21Rd Sunday, camp, Billing's Monday morning, head to Moab.... or any variation of that really. In all likelihood, and my best guess, both trails probably cannot be accomplished in one day.

Anyone else starting to get butterflies thinking about the trip? For me, it has been a dream for about five years, on "paper" for about three, "likely to happen" for two, and in planning for the last six months. That's a lot of built up anxiety for dis guy!
