FYI below. If you plan to attend and represent Coastal Cruisers, please post up here and confirm your contact info. Unfortunately, I'm out of town that weekend and cannot attend (bummer!). I can give you our box of shirts ($10 each) and stickers ($5 each) if you wish to sell them at the event. I'll need the cash returned to me of course!


Hello, I received your contact details from Kim Reeves at the Four Wheel Drive Association of BC (4WDABC) who we have partnered with.


I am organising the first ever BC Overland Rally at Sasquatch Resort (formerly Hemlock Valley) June 22-25.


We have a great lineup of presenters and vendors from around western Canada and the US, and we would love to have all the local BC 4x4 clubs represented too.


I would like to offer each of your clubs a free space to promote your club, and four passes to any of your club members (plus their families), who would like to man your booth and help promote your club. Your attendees and their families will be able to attend all the classes, trail rides, happy hours, etc, for free.


Attached is a simple flyer that explains the event, and a schedule for the weekend.
