Clock/CD fuse blew.....now it wont start

So i noticed lastnight that my subwoofer wasnt working, the amp shows a red light but the sub just isnt doing anything, im guessing its my remote turn-on lead which i started to play with and decided to run up to the alpine head unit. while playing with the head unit i bump the amp turn on wire on the cig. lighter and it, along with the cd player and clock totally cut off. I found and replaced the fuse for the cig lighter but now i cant seem to figure out what happened with the clock and cd, ive checked all fuses and they look ok.

Can someone at least tell me what fuse controls the clock and cd and give me any other hints as to how to fix this?

Thanks
Brandon

oh crap...sorry someone can delete this post, its a repost. my bad. i figured the fuse problem out.

But i do have another question, i hooked up the remote lead from the amp to the back of the alpine....still nothing from the amp?

Any ideas.

Oh my gosh, now the truck wont start, its like the battery is totally dead? but it wont jump. any help?

If it helps, everything on the dash lights up and everything is working but when i turn the key to start i just get a little click from a "relay" i guess it is from under the dash, its a small black box/realy mounted up underneath the dash.

ok i got it.....i am a total idiot. I guess it would be smart to take it out of gear first. everything is fine now except the sub still wont work.

Sorry about this entire thread.
