When I got to the trailer today it was raining and looked to have been raining for a while. Can't see where any water has gotten in except for the 2 windows. I need to replace the gaskets in the windows to keep them from filling with water.

I got a few things done on the interior last weekend, unfortunately no pictures.....it was a rough weekend and let's just leave it at that. I installed a new foot flush toilet and got most of the shower caulked. I did notice that the black water tank has a small crack in it but it should be easy enough to seal shut. Got the "crown molding" hung but I have some trim pieces to put in to finish it up. Also need to figure out what to put in the corners to finish them off. Picked up a red piece of carpet from Home Depot that was a remnant on the super cheap. Will get a carpet pad soon and am getting a king sized memory foam mattress from Deryl. It's coming together and will be ready for SCC. I was hoping to make it to Barnwell or Hidden Falls this weekend but other issues have arisen which will prevent that. So, I have roughly 2 months to get things in order. Barring some unforeseen events, it should be no problem. I will try to get some new pics this weekend or next when I am able to work on him some more. :cheers:

Well, I was able to get more work done on Clifford this weekend between the rain drops. I am trying to get him ready for Labor Day Weekend at Sicily Island as my maiden voyage before taking him to Superlift for SCC in Oct.

Anyway, got the "crown molding" and trim all hung. It's not perfect but it's 100 times better than it was. Also got the lights hung back on the walls and in the shower. The new toilet is in place and working with no leaks. Got the carpet pad and carpet installed and did some general cleaning.

Next up:
* Fix leak in black water tank.
* Install solar trickle charger for the battery.
* Get D Rings welded on the deck.
* Get some leveling jacks for the front.
* Install a step to make getting in and out easier.
* Wire for exterior speakers.
* Install shut off valve to the clean water tank.

wow...lookin good mike....looks like a liitle caulk on that custom crown molding and you will be good to go...how are you triming out the windows near the sleeping rack... you should check out the website bed in a box....they will make any size and thickness matress you want from memory foam...my neighbor bought one for his motor home...it was pretty nice and not real pricey...thanks for sharing the pictures
marc

Thanks Marc. Not really planning to trim out the window because of the way the PO cut the windows in. I plan to change out the windows when I re-skin the living quarters. For now I'll hang curtains and be done with it. I will check out the website you mentioned. I got a memory foam matress topper from a fellow LLK member but it seems to be too soft on its own.

Clifford is really coming along :clap:

in your list of thing to do for SI don`t forget 2 bring -------------- Hachi:)

looks great and im glad you dropped that dumb idea about moving the door!:cheers:
