This is a very clean used D-40 carburetor.

As someone who rebuilds those regularly, I can tell you that solenoid is very hard to find. As is the hold down for the accel cable and hand throttle. The fast idle link and return spring are also missing.

I’ll go $120 shipped.

It's to clean to sell for that. I do have this piece too. I have several boxes of new soledoids. If you have a part number I can see if I have one.

Here are a couple numbers for you. Hope this helps, John
20172-60150 valve, replaced by 20172-60151 From engine F-257654 (apr., 1968) ending with engine F-273175 ( dec., 1968)
21649-60150 valve gasket
21481-60150 connector, 1st idle
21728-60150 spring, throttle return
21395-60150 choke wire clamp

I have a good complete one, wonder why these are not valued like the Big windows? Mark, are these correct for late 67? Or 68? Mine came from a late 67 45..

If you’re offering to sell, I’m interested. On tech, all the D40s with solenoid I’ve worked on have all been 68s. The date code is usually sufficient; however it is not definitive. The 10 I bought directly from Aisan were all mfgrd in the mid 80s. Date code is useless.
