clean fj62 under $25k. Realistic anymore?

I used to have a relatively clean fj62 which I tried to sell here for $5500 (I think I ultimately let it go for around $5k). I now cannot find any clean fj62s under high $20s. Am I looking in the wrong places? Are there any good south east dealers around for an 89/90 fj62? Ready to get one again.

pricing was high in the last few years, it seems to have stagnated and dropping slightly
