Wanted Clean 100 or 470 with ownership and service records

Hey guys, on the hunt for a late 90's 100 or 470. My preference would be in the '98-01 range.

Specifically, the must haves:
Solid ownership history
Great maintenance records
No rust
From a dry climate - Colorado, TX, OK, etc... Nothing from the NE or IL/MN/WI
No snorkel

Like to have:
Color - silver, grey, green.
Lockers
Stock or mild build. Nothing too wild
It would be great if it was a truck from the Denver area-easy for me to get there and back.

For reference, here are two that I was late on, that would've worked:
For Sale: - CO: 2000 LX470, white with tan, well maintained $10k
For Sale: - 1999 // 151K // 1.5 OME // $14K // DFW

I may be selling mine - 1999 River Rock with 147k, rear locker and A/C. I have ALL service records since new from the original owner, even the window sticker and am the 2nd owner. Shopping for a later '03-'06.
Car has always been in So. Cal. and made every service interval.
Zero rust.

It has clearcoat fade on the hood and starting on the roof, so it would need to be painted. The leather driver seat just cracked yesterday. It needs a P/S pump and shocks.

Other than that, engine is full-power and tranny super smooth; fluids have always been maintained and just flushed everything. Everything works. Antenna too!

Not sure if you want to deal with those issues or not, but I am looking so thought I'd let you know - see my gallery for pics of "River".

I love that color!

Ironically, my 62 is in the same boat. Absolutely rock solid but the clearcoat is gone!

Honestly, the River Rock is my favorite color. The car just looks great all the time.

To clarify, the P/S pump is working fine. It just has a low noise it makes that bothers me. Most people don't even hear it. I had to pester like 3 different shops and finally someone could hear it and tell me what it was. I've heard other 100s make the same sound, so - it's definitely not urgent. Just one of those things... some people say it's a "Land Cruiser sound".
