It was great to meet some of the MD contingent...what we lacked in quantity was made up for in quality. Sorry the rest of you missed it. The food was good, the cruiser talk was even better, and the highlight was drooling over Dan's near prefect "Blue Mule". He had OEM details that most of us had never seen. If you're wondering about someone taking a 30+ year old vehicle to Africa, don't worry, that truck is in like-new condition and will be right at home in CAR.

John and Dan, it was good to finally put a face to the name, and Dan it was good to see you again (yes, there were two Dans , a John and a Jon). It was suggested that we set-up monthly breakfasts in both VA and MD but stagger the dates (Second Saturdays anyone?).

If that sounds like something you all want to do, let me know and I'll coordinate a schedule.

Welcome all Cruiser Heads and fellow Toyota 4WD enthusiasts (CLCC members and non-members alike) to the 'Last Saturday' Breakfast Meetings.

We call it 'Last Saturdays' to help us remember when to show up.
The plan is to pick a location in VA and another in MD and if enough of us don't show up at the wrong place, we'll try and rotate odd months in MD ('cuz that state is odd) and even months will be in VA. The next breakfast get together will happen on Saturday, March 27 starting at 9:00am.

Please post a reply by Sunday (3/21) if you are >50% sure of coming so I can get an approximate headcount and reserve a big enough table.
