I went to see it today. It apparently resided in GA for over 30 years. It has been repainted, and yes, the engine bay does look like that. Looked like a steal to me. In person, it has too much rust corrosion to hold up to the 30yr claim. That's just me, I turned away from it. But it may be your time...

Rust detail:
Rusted through, size of a cell phone, bottom of both fenders behind the wheel.
Welds for driver's window frame to door has popped due to rust and is loose.
Many other places where rust is cutting through but signs of repainting to clean/cover.
Front seat driver's side is gone to the foam. Size of a shoe.
Other things here and there...
