Where: ??

So where do you boys and girls want to go??

You guys planning on the Medford/Ashland side or the Williams/GP side this year? I would like to go and hang out, I have my boys until 2 but might be able to keep them a little bit later if the X will cut some slack but that's a gamble.

Guess thats what we need to decide. I really dont have enough knowledge of the areas to pilot either. So Im following someone :p

the little lady and I are in. my priorities are a little screwed up though. I would be inclined to go get stuck in the white stuff and then if someone wanted to get a tree at that point go for it. but my tree bolts together so i'm not worried about finding one. I would like to retry the pilot rock area with all its snow or shale city east of ashland... or anderson and evans creek are always solid too.

I think there is a lot of snow at altitude right now, I am open to doing Dutchmens Peak or Murphy/ Toy350's spot. If you guys want to go Tree hunting/wheeling over there don't take it personal if I can't swing it.. Rock on.

Ok, it would be fun to see Keif, and since nobody really has a strong preference, I say we head towards Murphy.

Yes/No?

I might be able to do Medford'ish- just sayin' sometimes the fam' gets a conflict of schedule and my fuel bills have been eating up all of my coin... The 60 is up and running and with a little insurance will be legit. I even drained the H20 and put in some Prestone!

Well Im headed to where the trees are, the wife demands a mess in the house.

G? K? I can head that direction.

Toy350 is a sap-thirsty-tree greedy saw-happy chump! He already got his....
He gets this disorder from his Dad, so I guess you can't blame him...
I have no idea how much snow is up on Dutchmen's... lots of trees tho'

Either is fine with me.

Dont really care, tell me were to meet and I will be there :)

Know about the fuel bill. Good to hear the 60 is a goer. Bout time on the Prestone with the coolness about now. Even down to the freeze mark here.
HI to everyone.:D

UPDATE: Went up to our area yesterday with my dad. The road up once you hit the snow is pure ice, we made it a ways and my dad stopped and stopped short behind him still on the slope. I thought I wouldn't be able to start back up the hill and I was right, I tried to go but nothing...until I gradually slid back about 50 yards down the hill. Drove over into some fresh stuff and made it up where we chained up. Then we pushed our way to the pond up top where Cedar Flat intersects and my dad could go no further in his Titan. I proceeded to head towards the road to the top where the trees are and found nobody had made tracks up that way. I was making progress but the snow was heavy and I was chewing through it. I was dragging pumpkins and control arms at this point and imagine I would be at least bumper deep up top if I could have made it. We turned around and headed back down.

So to sum it up: I would say chains required and not sure if we can make it to the trees we are looking at. I'm sure it will be all chewed up after today and Friday and maybe someone will break trail to the top but not sure.

No chains here now that I got new shoes. But still want to play and find a tree, even it is a charlie brown tree.

I'm sure there will be plenty of people without chains trying to make it. How many are planning on going? My dad is willing to take the 40 out to go up and play too. I need to know if this is a go or not so I can try to plan with my boys and the X.

Its a go here. Meet up at the Safeway or Alberston or whatever it is there like before? 9am?
