Good deal. I found generic stool softeners work best when I was layed up for weeks. They won't make you go but will make it way easier. Without them I felt like I was pooping giant boulders, f-ing dilaudid.

Aw hell, guess I need to get my suspension done so Chris can pay the medical bill... (at least that's the excuse I'll use with my wife).

Glad to hear you are on the mend. Gotta get you back to feeling better so your meme game can be on point.

Glad to hear you are up and about. Sounds like you need more Duke's mayo in your diet!

Keep on truckin'.

Good luck with the rehab and recovery....

Giving y'all a update.

I am sore. after sitting for a while or sleeping I’m very stiff. My incision is still seeping which is expected. I’ve cut back on my meds from 2 percocets every 6 hours to 1 every 12 and my muscle relaxers from 1 every 8 to 1 every 12.
Starting tomorrow, I plan on going to work a couple hours a day.
Hopefully this Friday the staples will come out.

Thanks for all the text and pm's checking on me.

Awesome news Chris! That was a marathon under the knife.

Wishing you the very best for continued recovery and relief. Just dont get too eager at work, but Im sure it would feel good to boss some folks around and check in on the shop ;)

Good news. See you in the morning

That scar is wicked. Hope you get to feeling better soon.

Chicks dig scars!

Fawk.

Stay home dude. You should not be going to work.

I disagree. It is often the best medicine. The man is needed at his place of work. I have found over the years in this business, that many times, the best thing you can do for your psyche is resuming normal activities. Because that means you are normal, which means everything is OK.

Back problems are 2 parts physical and 1 part mental. As a patient, you can affect the physical part with your dedication to rehab, and the mental part by resuming your normal life. Just the way it is.

I don't know @wct49, but good luck dude! Do your rehab exercises like religion.
