I have an FJ60, and after pulling the choke knob out to keep the car running, when I push the knob back in it pops back out. I turned off the vehicle, because it kept revving higher and higher. What's the solution???
Choke knob will not go back in. Keeps popping out.

you could try spraying some penetrating oil on the carb side of the cable and work it back and forth. if that doesn't work you may need to get a new cable.

Check the linkage up at the carburetor. Your cable could be gunked up too.
