I just need a quick adjustment for my neck...not a battery of xrays and exams......its been going on a while.(wrong pillow)
I live on the cusp of indy trail/ weddington/Matthews. my last guy cost a fortune.
any recommendations?

Can't help with Chiro advice, what I would recommend is getting a "foam roller" and learn how to use self-myofacial-release techniques, stretching and ice to relieve and self-adjust yourself. I have a 5 min routine I perform nightly which keeps me straight and if an area needs focus, I can get a nice adjustment when necessary...

I agree with mtbcoach, get the foam roller. That will work wonders in addition to stretching, heat and icing.

I have also had success with the Lumbar Extender (pictured). Just lay on it 5-7 minutes a day and it stretches you out.

jerry, I do have an inversion table but it doesn't help with this situation.

Try Carlisle in south blvd an tryon. It has been there fir ever and it is a customer of mine.

its great for lower back stretching, not neck...plus its good for inverted sit ups
