Check this frame rust (Not mine! - Fj Cruiser)

So I saw this in the FJ Cruiser forum. I know we deal with rust up here and we do our best to prevent it, but this looks bad in my opinion.

What's your opinion on these pics?

That is unforgivable, I would think the dealership had to know about that damage to some extent. Although, they did seem to leave a dead bird carcass under there so who knows.
